The circular economy is an economic-production model aimed at minimizing waste and preserving the value of materials, resources, and products within the economic system for as long as possible. It is the alternative to the traditional linear "take-make-dispose" model.
In this new paradigm, companies must rethink every phase: design, production, distribution, consumption, and end-of-life.
To support businesses in this transition, we developed the Check Up Tool (CUT)in collaboration with ERGO, Bocconi University, and Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna.This tool provides a structured assessment of a company’s circular performance across the entire lifecycle of goods and services.
We analyze strategies, materials, processes, logistics, waste management, business models and reporting impact, using a modular and scalable approach.
